We offer a 60-day, money-back guarantee on all DermSilk products. The 60 days begins from the date of receiving your item to start a return. Our policy is to accept returns for select brands, granted they are in an acceptable condition. An acceptable condition means the item is unopened, unused, and any seals remain intact. Return package must include all gift with purchase or promotional material. We accept up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. If the gift is not included in the return package the full cost of the gift item will be deducted upon refund. Original shipping amount will not be refundable upon processing.  If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department at or call at (866) 405-6608 within 48 hours of receipt. Please note you will be required to provide photo and video evidence prior to receiving a return label to return the defective item for replacement.

All return shipping is paid for with a provided prepaid shipping label. Original shipping is not refundable. Once a return is received, a refund will be issued for the returned goods within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the return. If you find that an item you purchased from DermSilk is defective. Please reach out to our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the item for help replacing the item. Replacement eligibility may vary among our carried brands, but we will work with you on an individual basis to find you the ideal replacement item for your personal skincare needs.

We offer package protection prior to checkout. If a customer chooses to not purchase the package protection, we will not be responsible for any package which tracking shows delivered but has gone missing. If a customer provides us with the incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible if the package is lost. If a package is lost or stolen and has package protection. We will file a claim and email the customer a link to submit answers to a questionnaire. Once those answers are submitted the claim process will begin and can take up to 30 days to resolve however in most cases will resolve within 1-2 weeks. Once the claim payment has been made the customer will be shipped a replacement package with signature required. Once the replacement package has been shipped, the items from that shipment will be non-returnable.
