This does not at all seem like a cleanser. It does not lather at all. It’s kinda creamy and rinses off leaving a smooth feeling. I just use it in the morning. Not sure I’ll buy again.

Works Well

I feel fortunate I found this cleanser. I’m not sure if it’s changing my skin, but my skin is cleansed and feels good after I use it. I’m not able to get a good clean feeling with a small amount. I need to use a good amount, therefore it doesn’t last long.

Doesn’t remove my makeup!

Let me start by saying I’m a loyal Neocutis fan! I use several of their products daily. So when I needed a new cleanser, it made sense that I give this a try, especially after reading so many positive reviews. I am sad to say I’m hugely disappointed in this product! It does a very poor job of removing my makeup. I can wash twice, even scrub with a silicone pad, and still have tons of makeup left behind. I’ve never had a cleanser do this before! The positive things: it feels nice going on the skin and doesn’t leave me feeling dry/stripped. But since it’s only job is to cleanse and it can’t do that, this one is a NO for me.

First time using. Very smooth and cleanser is mixed with water before applying. Works great!
